Ideas for Teaching Decision-Making Skills

After reading and discussing Bill Cosby's book "The Meanest Thing to Say," children are presented a three-step method for making good decisions: Stop! Explore Go! Students then explore and practice this method with various activities including role playing.
The concept and term "peer pressure" is introduced.
