The station offers laboratory, classroom, lodging, and dining facilities to groups dealing with natural resources outreach, teaching, or research. A number of environmental education events are hosted each year, including Eco Trek for middle school students and a new aquatic-environments program targeted at fourth-grade students. Station personnel will also visit classrooms. Kemp Station does not offer "prefab" programs, but will work with individual educators and welcomes K–12 teachers and students to its site.
