This Web site includes five sets of digital images developed by the Department of Botany at UW–Madison. Images include flowers and foliage that are used with department courses. The five categories are a general botany collection; trees (dendrology); plant diversity (arranged by taxonomy); Tom Volk's fungi collection; and Virginia Kline's vegetation of Wisconsin collection, arranged by plant community.

This Web-based resource includes 3-D visualizations and information, such as molecular formulae, electron micrographs, and other material about minerals and molecules in soil science. These are all incorporated into instructional modules that are free for instructional use.
