Kemp Natural Resources Station Located in Oneida County, the Kemp Natural Resources Station is dedicated to natural resources research and education. The station offers laboratory, classroom, lodging, and dining facilities to groups dealing with natural resources outreach, teaching, or research. A number of environmental education events are hosted each year, including Eco Trek for middle school students and a new aquatic-environments program targeted at fourth-grade students. Station personnel will also visit classrooms. Kemp Station does not offer "prefab" programs, but will work with individual educators and welcomes K–12 teachers and students to its site. Old-growth forest, aquatic, and wetland ecosystems can be toured. View full record |

K–12 Leadership Certification Programs The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA) in the School of Education offers courses leading to professional certification in administrative positions that include principal, director of instruction, director of special education and pupil services, superintendent, and career and technical education coordinator. All programs are anchored in the ISLLC Standards for School Leaders and the Wisconsin PI 34 Standards for Administrators.
